Mango Orange Cream

Recipe from Rawbert Reid, Organic Garden


1 Mango
2-3 oz. Almonds (soaked 6-12 hours)
Juice of 5-6 fresh-squeezed oranges


Blend until creamy with more or less orange juice to desired consistency. This can be eaten as a smoothie, a topping for fruit salad, or pudding.
