Raw Walnut Fudge

2 cups walnuts
1/4 cup dates, pitted and soaked
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Grind walnuts in a food processor until fine
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy.
3. Form into balls or a big block and keep in the refrigerator.
