Christmas Fruit

The credit for this beautiful creation goes to my mom-in-law Emily. She always makes a fruit centerpiece for the table on Christmas.

So beautiful.

So I have just discovered this raw diet idea. Does it mean that nothing is gooked or heated? No coffee, tea either? I live in a cold, cold climate and hot food is sometimes what keeps me sane...

Raw diets usually follow the rule that nothing is heated or cooked above 108 degrees.
If you want to enjoy tea you can make it and let it cool down.
It is harder to be raw in a colder climate I think. I am in a cold area too. You just have to make sure to have a lot of comfort foods handy and stay focused on your healthy goals.
I tend to use to dehydrator more in the winter to "warm" foods up.
