1 cup almonds, soaked (1/2 cup before soaking)and drained 2 dates (pitted) I like medjool dates 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions: Blend ingredients with 3 cups of pure water until well blended. Pour through a sprout bag, cheesecloth, or a nutmilk bag to strain. Store the mylk in a glass jar. Refrigerate. Keeps fresh for about 4 days.
