Ingredients: Kale, spinach, chard or your green of choice
Bananas
Frozen or fresh pineapple
Frozen or fresh mango chunks
An orange (I only had a couple of clementine on hand today)
Enough water to blend (about a cup)
I don't use any additional sweeteners because the pineapple makes this recipe so sweet. If you prefer a thicker smoothie you can freeze the bananas ahead of time.

i loooove green smoothies! we dont have a blender at home but my husband works at a vegan shop that makes green smoothies and they have a vita-mix too. i want one soo bad! your blog is awesome, and im excited to read more posts!
Green smoothies really are great! I used a regular blender for years and it worked just fine but the Vita Mix really does blend so much better. Thanks for reading! :)
